STURDIVANT, Mo. -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested David Hamlyn of Sturdivant, Sunday for attempting to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine precursors.
He was charged with a felony and is being held in the Bollinger County Jail on $15,000 cash bond.
