Lt. Gov. Kinder to appear on Fox News tonight
Republican Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder is set to appear on Fox News at 9 p.m. Kinder will appear on Greta Van Susteren's talk show "On the Record." Kinder's director of communications, Gary McElyea, said the lieutenant governor will be discussing his lawsuit challenging the federal health care law and developments in some of the other lawsuits across the country.
