LOCAL WOMAN'S RECIPE IN COOKBOOK

Angie Holtzhouser of Lilbourn will have three recipes included in the upcoming "Southern Culture Cookbook."

Holtzhouser is author of "Drop Dumplin's and Pan-Fried Memories Along the Mississippi." The recipes to be included in "Southern Culture Cookbook" are Marian's Unusual Green Tomato Pie, Crispy Southern Fried Chicken, and Tennessee Lemonade.

The book is being printed in association with the Southern Culture Center at the University of Mississippi in Oxford.
