A living will program detailing what is a living will, what is durable power of attorney and who will make decisions for you if you are incapacitated will be held Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. at the Cape Girardeau Public Library.
Dale Gerecke, an attorney with the firm of Finch, Bradshaw, Strom and Steele of Cape Girardeau, will present the program, which is free and open to the public.
