Lane no longer closed on I-55 in Cape Girardeau
Cape Girardeau Police Department Sgt. Rich Schmidt said a lane that was closed on southbound Interstate 55 this morning is now open.

The lane was closed while police where investigating a Monday night accident at the 98.2 mile marker. A driver was hurt when a vehicle traveled off the road, hit barrier cables and overturned.
