KEYS CO-EDITS HANDBOOK

Dr. Paul Keys, dean of the health and human services department at Southeast Missouri State University, is the co-editor of a handbook for managers.

The book, "New Management in Human Services," is in its second edition. This edition focuses on leadership, quality management, strategic planning and information technology, Keys said.

Keys also was co-editor of the book's first edition.
