Frank Kellum, the state coordinator for the U.S. Taxpayers Party of Missouri, will speak Thursday at a meeting of the Cape Area Friends of the National Rifle Association.
Kellum, a retired Air Force colonel who lives in St. Louis, will speak at 6:30 p.m. at Delmonicos in Jackson. The formal NRA meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Both sessions are open to the public.
Dinner will be Dutch treat.
