KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Kansas City police have identified the man killed in a Clay County forklift mishap last weekend.

Capt. Rich Lockhart said 60-year-old Angelo Cambiano was operating a forklift inside a commercial cave complex in Randolph Saturday when it overturned on him.
Firefighters said Cambiano was dead on arrival at a hospital.
