Justin Doza with Canedy Sign & Graphics, places the Katy O'Ferrell's Publick House restaurant sign in the marquee of the former Royal N'Orleans restaurant, Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, in Cape Girardeau. Katy O'Ferrell's will be the first business in the building since the Royal N'Orleans closed in June 2009.
