BENTON, Mo. -- A jury trial is set for a Sikeston, Mo., man facing multiple child sex abuse charges. Ronald Sherrod, 61, is scheduled for a jury trial May 5 on five counts of forcible rape, five counts of armed criminal action and two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, which occurred on or around Feb. 15, 2006, and two counts of second-degree statutory sodomy on or around Feb. 15, 2007...

Ronald Sherrod, 61, is scheduled for a jury trial May 5 on five counts of forcible rape, five counts of armed criminal action and two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, which occurred on or around Feb. 15, 2006, and two counts of second-degree statutory sodomy on or around Feb. 15, 2007.
A motion hearing is set for 9 a.m. Nov. 22 on the charges.
