According to a state Highway Patrol report, Meagan Pulliam, 30, was struck by a 1997 Dodge Ram driven by Madison Schoolfield, 19, of Bismark, Missouri, on Sandy Drive, 1 mile north of Shawneetown.
Pulliam was taken to a Cape Girardeau hospital with injuries described as "serious."
