Jackson teenager injured in Wednesday night car accident
A Jackson teenager suffered a serious injury after a late-night car accident Wednesday eight miles north of Cape Girardeau. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Hannah R. Mauk, 17, was traveling Cape Girardeau County Road 532 when around 10:45 p.m. she drove off the road and struck a utility pole. Mauk was wearing her seat belt.
