JACKSON SENIOR ATTENDS SPEECH, DEBATE CLINIC

JACKSON -- Jessica Beeson, a senior at Jackson High School, attended a weeklong speech and debate clinic at Northeast Missouri State University.

She participated in the Lincoln-Douglas debates and storytelling events.

Beeson is a member of the speech and debate team at Jackson High School, where Karen Kight is the faculty adviser. She is also a member of the Student Council, National Honor Society and Quill and Scroll Club.

She is the daughter of David and Diana Beeson of Jackson.
