Jackson sanitation and recycling to be closed Thanksgiving
Jackson's Sanitation Department and recycling center will not operate Nov. 24 and 25 in observance of Thanksgiving. Garbage that would normally be picked up those days will be collected the following Monday. Customers whose usual collection day is Monday will have their refuse picked up Tuesday in addition to the regular Tuesday route.
