World War II veteran, Vance Combs, 96, wears a quilt gifted to him by the Jackson Scrapper Quilt Guild on Wednesday at the Cape Senior Center in Cape Girardeau. The guild plans to make quilts for all the veterans at the center, but wanted to first present quilts to the two WWII veterans for Veteran's Day.
