A Jackson man was arrested Thursday afternoon after narcotics officers seized 17 marijuana plants growing at his residence on Highway 34 just outside Jackson, police said.
Tommy Sticht, 42, was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of narcotic paraphernalia and possession of marijuana in excess of 35 grams.
He is being held at Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
