Jackson man charged with exposing self at county park
A Jackson man was arrested by Cape Girardeau police Thursday night after allegedly exposing himself at Cape County Park South. According to police spokesman Darin Hickey, Lynn M. According to police spokesman Darin Hickey, Lynn M. Stamp, 49, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor sexual misconduct after a person driving through the park reported Stamp was performing a sexual act upon himself while standing outside in front of a restroom facility.
Stamp is being held at the Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $2,500 cash-only bond.
