- Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Koehler Engineering and Land Surveying Inc. of Cape Girardeau relative to providing engineering services associated with the city's participation in the Community Development Block Grant Program.
- Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Southeast Missouri Regional Planning and Economic Development Commission contingent upon approval by the Department of Economic Development relative to providing administrative services associated with the city's participation in the Community Development Block Grant Program.
