- Approved a motion to bring from the table for consideration a motion stating "Shall the Bill (No. 07-13), proposing an ordinance approving the abandonment of a portion of Shawn Drive, contingent upon the completion of the East Deerwood Drive Bridge at U.S. Highway 61 North and the opening, for public vehicular traffic, of East Deerwood Drive, from Greensferry Road to U.S. Highway 61 North, pass, the objections of the Mayor thereto notwithstanding?"

- Approved a resolution supporting the city's application to the Missouri Department of Transportation through its Transportation Enhancement Program, regarding the Jackson Uptown Historic District Restoration Project.
- Approved an ordinance approving the rezoning of Lots 42 through 57 of Nine Oaks Subdivision, from R-2 (single-family residential) district to R-3 (one- and two-family residential) district, as submitted by B&R Developers LLC, Ronald and Marcia Clark, and Bobby and Jane Clark.
- Tabled an ordinance approving a special-use permit for a privately owned recreation facility (baseball park) in a R-2 (single-family residential) District on Lot No. 58 of a future phase of Nine Oaks Subdivision, as submitted by the Jackson Jaycees and the Jackson Area Baseball Association.
- Approved an ordinance abandoning the ingress/egress easement in Bainbridge Second Subdivision, as submitted by David and Jill Watkins and William and Lisa Curtis.
- Approved an ordinance accepting the dedication of a temporary construction easement deed from the Joe T. Limbaugh and Eula L. Limbaugh Revocable Trust Agreement, regarding the Oak Street Recreation Trail Project.
- Approved a motion accepting the bid of Fronabarger Concreters Inc. of Oak Ridge for $120,256.80 regarding the 2007 Concrete Street Repair Program.
- Approved an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Fronabargers Concreters Inc. regarding the 2007 Concrete Street Repair program.
