  • Approved a motion to set a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. April 2 to consider a special-use permit request for a temporary mobile office unit on Lot 44 of Nine Oaks Subdivision in an R-2 (single family residential) district, as submitted by B&R Developers Inc.
  • Approved an ordinance accepting the dedication of a street right of way deed for Orchard Drive from Missouri Lakes LLC.
