Public hearings

• Hearing to consider the voluntary annexation of 10.48 acres of property on Bainbridge Road, as submitted by Rick Ziegler.

Power and Light Committee

• Consider a motion to record in the minutes the disposal of city records, which have met their retention life and were destroyed in compliance with the guidelines according to the Missouri Secretary of State's Record Retention Schedule, under RSMo 109.230.
• Consider a motion approving a park memorial and donation form from the Jackson Area Youth Football Foundation for the donation of a new storage shed in the Jackson Football Park.
• Consider a motion approving a park memorial and donation form from the Optimist Clubs of Jackson for the donation of new basketball goal materials in the Jackson Civic Center.
• Consider a Bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with the Jackson Area Organized Soccer Association Inc. relative to the use of the city logo.

• Consider a bill proposing an ordinance approving the final plat of Independence Center Third, as submitted by The Villas of West Park LLC and Moncia M. Place.
• Consider a motion approving the payment to The Villas of West Park LLC in the amount of $14,256.89, relative to the over-sizing of Pioneer Orchard Road in Pioneer Orchard Seventh Subdivision, as a collector street on the Major Street Plan.
• Consider a bill proposing an Ordinance amending the "Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets Schedule -- Schedule IX", by adding a designation on Broadridge Drive.
• Consider a motion accepting the bid of Jokerst Inc. of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, in the amount of $180,044.00, relative to the 2015 Asphalt Pavement Improvement Program.
• Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Jokerst Inc. relative to the 2015 Asphalt Pavement Improvement Program.
