The Jackson Municipal Band performs its last concert of the season Thursday in the Cape Girardeau County Courthouse gazebo in Jackson. The band, which was founded in 1920, used to perform their concerts in the gazebo, which was built in 1932, until the construction of the band shell at Jackson City Park in 1976.
