Interstate 55 crash injures at least three
Cape Girardeau emergency personnel work an injury accident Tuesday afternoon at the 93 mile marker in the southbound passing lane on Interstate 55, just north of the Dutchtown exit. According to police dispatch reports, at least three people were taken to hospitals. The crash also blocked lanes of I-55 for about 90 minutes.
