CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Reaction from local lawmakers was swift Tuesday after Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn's amendatory veto to the concealed-carry bill.
Quinn changed the bill approved by the Legislature to cap the number of guns and amount of ammunition that can be carried, and to ban guns from establishments that serve alcohol.
