I-55 in Scott County reduced for guardrail repairs

Southbound Interstate 55 two miles north of Scott City by the airport will be reduced to one lane while contractor crews replace the guardrail by the bridge. Weather permitting, the work will be done from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. today. The work zone will be marked with signs, and motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
