Humane Society gives out free spay/neuter vouchers

People waited in line for two hours to receive one of 200 vouchers for a free spay or neuter from the Humane Society. Seeton drove from Advance, Mo. for a voucher to neuter her chiweenie, Gute. "It's a good deal. I would have driven twice as far for this," Seeton said. "I want my pet neutered."
