Highway 74 reduced to one lane today
SIKESTON, Mo. — Highway 74 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane while Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform concrete repairs starting at 9 a.m. today. This section of road is between of Sprigg and Fountain streets in Cape Girardeau. Weather permitting, the work will be done by 4 p.m. Saturday.
