Highway 177 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane beginning next week, as contractor crews stripe the road. The contractor will be using an automated set of signals to control one-way traffic. This section of road is from Route J to Route V. Weather permitting, the work will be done from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily Monday through June 6.
