Temperatures in and around Cape Girardeau are expected to near 100 degrees this afternoon. This morning the National Weather Service in Paducah, Ky., forecast a high temperature of 99 degrees today, with heat indices over 100 degrees. High humidity is expected to stick around for the rest of the week, causing high heat indices in coming days, too...
