GORHAM, Maine -- Police say a Maine woman who was pulled over while wearing a Hello Kitty costume was arrested on a drunken driving charge. Gorham police say officers stopped 37-year-old Carrie Gipson of Westbrook about 2 a.m. Sunday because she was driving in the wrong lane.
