Samuel Farrow Jr., charged with 16 felony crimes related to two child abductions last year, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday.

Farrow is charged with kidnapping and sexual abuse of a 4-year-old girl abducted from her Scott City, Mo., mobile home in November.
Charges later were brought against him for abduction of a 7-year-old girl last July from the same mobile home when a different family lived in it.
