CAPE GIRARDEAU - The Cape Headstart program will present its spring concert Thursday at the gazebo on the grounds of the Common Pleas Courthouse.
Mrs. Nancy Godwin will open the program at 6:30 p.m. with a short discussion on how parents can prepare their children for kindergarten.
Headstart participants, ages three through five, will then sing a variety of songs for about 45-minutes. The program is free, and open to the public.
