Happy Tails hosts Hound-O-Ween dress-up event

It was a happy Hound-O-Ween at Happy Tails in Cape Girardeau Saturday as owners dressed up their dogs for a Halloween celebration. Fancy the poodle got to be a cowgirl for the evening's festivities.
