Gubernatorial candidate Spence to visit Cape
Missouri Republican gubernatorial candidate Dave Spence is scheduled to speak in Cape Girardeau at 10:30 a.m. today at JCS Tel-Link, 1606 N. Kingshighway. Spence will outline his background as a CEO and his plan to increase jobs in Missouri. After speaking, he will tour JCS Tel-Link and meet with supporters.
