MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- Authorities said a grandmother joined her grandson in jail after being accused of smuggling drugs to him behind bars. A criminal complaint stated Carolyn Lou Gay, 64, visited her grandson, Shawn Douglas Weister, at Eastern Regional Jail near Martinsburg.
