PERRY COUNTY -- A Frohna woman was carried from an accident by LifeBeat helicopter Monday after she lost control of her car. Sharon Meyer, 34, was driving on Highway 61 two miles north of Route A around 4:50 p.m. Monday. Sharon Meyer, 34, was driving on Highway 61 two miles north of Route A around 4:50 p.m. Monday. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, her vehicle ran off the road, struck an embankment and overturned. He sustaining serious injuries.
The helicopter took her to Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, where she was listed in stable condition Monday night.
