Unofficial results show Foster received more than 82 percent of the vote, unseating incumbent Mayor Harold France, who received the remaining 17 percent. The same record shows that 63 voters cast ballots in the mayor's race.

Foster, who served with France on the Altenburg Board of Aldermen before being elected mayor, could not be reached for comment Tuesday night.
