The repaired retaining wall in front of the Oliver-Leming House, also known as the "Flag House", at 740 North St. on Tuesday, Jan. 3, in Cape Girardeau. The wall was damaged when a car crashed into it after a suspect allegedly fled from a police traffic stop April 2. The suspect was taken into custody.
