BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Five men arrested and charged with stealing copper wire in December have all pleaded guilty to the charge and face a wide range of sentences.

The five men, who pleaded guilty to one count of felony of theft/stealing each, were:

  • Erik Zerr, 27, sentenced to six years in the Missouri Department of Corrections following the filing of a Sentence Assessment Report by the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole.
  • Robert Stoner, 17, entered a guilty plea and will appear before Presiding Circuit Judge Stephen R. Sharp for sentencing at 10:30 a.m. March 19.
  • Michael Shramek, 22, sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with suspended execution of sentence and placed on five years' supervised probation. He was also ordered to enroll in a 120-day shock incarceration program.
  • Jeffrey Schultz, 30, sentenced to three years in the Missouri Department of Corrections, said sentence to run concurrently with his parole case originating out of Mississippi County.
  • Bradley Jenkins, 20, sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with suspended execution of sentence and placed on five years' supervised probation with special conditions relative to the payment of restitution to the victim of his crime.
