Fire department to hand out free water today at Osage Centre, Shawnee Park Center
Cape Girardeau Fire Department personnel will be handing out one case of water per vehicle for citizens from 3 to 6 p.m. today at the Shawnee Park Center and Osage Centre, while supplies last.
