EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Southeast Missouri residents will have the opportunity to view a documentary about the May levee breach that flooded 130,000 acres in the Birds Point-New Madrid Floodway. The film, made by agriculture communications company Osborn & Barr, will be screened at 10 a.m. today at East Prairie High School at 304 E. Walnut St. in East Prairie.
