SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) -- Police say a fatal accident is causing big traffic delays at a busy Springfield intersection.
Motorists are warned that traffic on eastbound James River will be diverted south on U.S. 65 to the next interchange to travel north to eastbound James River. Police say the tie-up could last until 5 p.m.
Details on the accident that's causing the problem are not being released.
