BENTON -- The "Outstanding Conservation Farmer" will be announced during the annual meeting of the Scott County Soil and Water Conservation District, to be held here Feb. 21.

The annual meeting will be held at Robert's Banquet Hall, starting with a seafood smorgasbord at 6:15 p.m.
Winners of the soil and water conservation poster contests will be announced. Also on the scheduled is a report of the organization's accomplishment for the year.
