CUMBERLAND, Md. -- Drivers on Interstate 68 may have smelled home cooking when a tractor-trailer carrying bacon, ribs and other pork products caught fire. Cumberland Fire Department Capt. Steve Grogg said the truck caught fire Monday, shutting down eastbound traffic from 6 p.m. to midnight. Tanker trucks supplied water, and several area fire departments helped extinguish the fire.
