EXPLORER POST TO HOLD CAR WASH TO RAISE MONEY FOR TRIP

Members of the local Firefighter Explorer Post 911 will hold a car wash Saturday to raise money for a float trip.

The car wash will be held in the back lots of Cape Girardeau Fire Station No. 1, at the corner of Sprigg and Independence Streets, and Fire Station No. 2, on Mount Auburn Road south of West Park Mall.

Members will ask for a $2 donation for cars to be washed and $2.50 for vans. The car wash will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
