Expert to give fish cleaning, cooking demonstrations at Saturday Cape market

Missouri Department of Conservation fisheries management biologist Dave Knuth will be at the Cape Riverfront Market on Saturday to demonstrate fish cleaning and cooking, according to a conservation department news release. Demonstrations will take place at 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Knuth will be cleaning catfish, Asian carp and crappie. He will also answer questions. For more information, visit mdc.mo.gov.
