KENNETT, Mo. -- Eighteen defendants were given prison sentences by 35th Circuit Court Judge Robert Mayer during Law Day proceedings last week at the Dunklin County Courthouse in Kennett. They were:

  • Jeremy L. Reed, eight years for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
  • Nicole Wood, seven years for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
  • Jessica Camba, two six-year sentences on each of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, as well as seven years for endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Domenic Clark, seven years for vehicular assault.
  • Martez Jones, six years for resisting arrest.
  • David Mashburn, six years for felony stealing.
  • Sharita Wallace, six years for second-degree assault.
  • Nathan Armstrong, six years for receiving stolen property.
  • Sierra Ashabranner, six years for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Cody Stark, five years on each of two counts of first-degree tampering.
  • Jason Finley, five years for second degree domestic assault.
  • Christopher Branch, five years for second-degree burglary.
  • Jack Walls, five years for second-degree assault of a law enforcement officer.
