NEW MADRID -- A town hall meeting will be held at New Madrid County Central High School on Oct. 27, from 2-5 p.m.
The session is one of 10 being held around the state, sponsored by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, to discuss the Outstanding Schools Act of 1993 and how school districts can take advantage of various provisions in the school funding law.
The sessions began in late September and conclude with the New Madrid meeting.
