A 43-year-old man was arrested Friday night in Cape Girardeau after his Jeep Cherokee hit both curbs and a utility pole on Main Street between Pearl and Mason streets, flipped and spun, injuring an infant and a 6-year-old boy. A third passenger, a 9-year-old girl, was released to her family, according to Sgt. Rick Schmidt. The children were taken to a hospital, he said.
