There are four recommended changes to the dress code that Cape Girardeau School Board members will consider Monday:n Eliminating jeans at the secondary level (grades seven through 12)
* Allowing cargo and carpenter shorts
* Increasing the length of shirts to the fingertips when standing at rest
* Coats and jackets that are intended to be worn inside the building throughout the day must meet dress-code guidelines for tops.
